        DD&M Consulting is led by an Nobel Peace Prize nominated fifty year award winning case management veteran whose background includes twenty-five years of psychiatric technician licensure informed by work as a staff member, case manager, and leader of DD and MI programming in residential treatment programs, institutional behavioral units, community convalescent facilities, a DD acute medical care, a residential group home, supportive living residences, psychiatric treatment facilities, research hospital acute MI treatment units, in-home care, outpatient clinics, child/youth psychiatric programs, day treatment programs, adult residential facilities, secured geriatric facilities, substance abuse programs, state prison, outpatient mental health facilities, research facilities, and homeless services milieus.

       Insights from these therapeutic environs shaped a career in case study, supervision and management that included extensive crisis management in institutional, academic research, community, and homeless settings.

Legal Lead

        An internationally travelled award winning equity-informed attorney who also holds a summa cum laude masters degree in Information systems. He is eligible to practice in forty-one states with experience researching and analyzing relevant case files, providing strategic legal recommendations, and optimizing case strategies that increased favorable outcomes by 20%. In addition to hard skills such as 
legal research, legal Writing, argumentation, client engagement, scheduling, office maintenance, DD&M" equity informed legal lead also possesses expertise in Westlaw, LexisNexis, Microsoft Suite, G Suite, Excel, SQL, R, Python, AWS, MS Azure. 

Writing Lead

 

        DD&M's Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude, Cambridge University England Summer study English major is a twenty year experienced award-winning writer who develops and implements content across a broad range of industries with a collaborative ability to gain consensus among diverse stakeholders that creates content evolved from best practices.

        Our writing lead is also proficient in developing internal and external communications including editorial calendars, press releases, speeches, video scripts, talking points, media messaging, and executive emails for administrative leadership teams as well as state and federal officials. 

        In addition to writing content for television ads, radio ads, print ads, websites, press releases, email newsletters, social media and publications, DD&M's writing lead has directed and initiated comprehensive marketing programming for internal and external communications, including news media relations, government relations, community relations, and academic publications' creative direction for advertising, video production, graphic design and collateral.

        This ensures content, including solicitation letters and emails, cases, proposals, impact stories, stewardship materials and more, are designed to inspire your program participants, parents, administrators and others in the community to support your agency's mission through best practices of philanthropic writing.
